4. AI-Generated Content and Model Training

When you submit prompts, lyrics, voice samples, or other inputs to generate music, we process that input using AI models (which may include our own systems and/or those of third-party AI providers) to produce output.

  • We may use inputs and outputs to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including for quality assurance, abuse prevention, and (unless you opt out where such an option is offered, or your plan states otherwise) to train or fine-tune AI models.
  • Please do not submit sensitive personal information, another person’s voice or likeness without their consent, or content you do not have the rights to use as a generation input.
  • Additional detail on ownership, licensing, and use of generated content is set out in our Terms & Conditions and Content Policy.
